Key corporate member of consortium responsible for the first Canadian wireless hospital.
Established partnerships with over 50 vendors and service providers.
Implemented and managed Canada's first GSM cellular service, at FIDO (now Rogers Telecommunications).
Served with the Canadian Forces in telecommunications at home and abroad; active NATO service.
Specific expertise in the design, implementation, operations and training of landline, wireless and satellite communication systems.

Richard Lange - Chief Financial Officer and Director

His specializations are in the field of integration of infrastructure projects and significant growth companies development.
Has a wide experience in investment, business acquisitions, shares placement, joint ventures creation and financing as well as public private partnerships.
Has financed companies by listing them on the Canadian Stock Exchange as well as acted as investment advisor for different private and public companies

30 years of experience with contacts in Canada, USA and Asia/Pacific.
Successfully built and developed wireless networks in Asia/Pacific region.
Managed the telecom transmissions department for Ontario Hydro.
Successfully developed businesses in Canada and Asia.
Kenneth Roberts - Business Development
Over 35 years experience in high tech and telecommunications industries.
Developed and directed strategic business development, marketing, sales, and customer support and deployment programs.
Established alliances and joint ventures with governments, public telephone companies and multi-national organizations.
Established product distribution centers for sale of specialized products in Europe and international areas.
Assisted in establishing the first successful voice message exchange (VMX) business in North America.

Many years with Telesat Canada´s Space Engineering Group in different roles.
His Asiasat-concept is still the world’s largest Direct-to Home satellite system.
Founder of three Asian satellite companies as Executive Director and Board Member.
The Digital TV firm he started became a NY listed company in 1996 and had a Taiwanese subscriber base of over 2.5M people.
Continues to operate incubator telecom and wireless companies in both Asia and Spain.
